Does wireless charging work with VECI MagSafe cases?
Yes, our iPhone MagSafe cases are designed to work with Qi wireless charging and MagSafe charging.
Due to older iPhone specifications, MagSafe charging will be limited to 5-7.5W charging speeds for iPhone 11 series and older.
Does the iPhone SE/8 MagSafe Case support the 3rd generation iPhone SE (2022)?
Yes, the iPhone SE/8 MagSafe Case is designed to fit the iPhone 8, iPhone SE 2nd generation (2020) AND iPhone SE 3rd generation (2022).
*This case does not support the iPhone SE 1st generation (2016)
How do VECI MagSafe Wallets attach to the iPhone?
VECI MagSafe wallets use high strength magnets to attach directly onto compatible MagSafe iPhone models or cases. This means they can be conveniently removed anytime and won’t leave a trace of adhesive.
Can I use VECI MagSafe Wallets with iPhone 11 Series or older?
MagSafe wallets cannot directly attach magnetically to iPhone 11 series or older. With that said, they can be used in combination with our iPhone MagSafe Cases if do not have a MagSafe compatible iPhone

How long does delivery take?
Delivery time varies from country to country and depends on the shipping method selected (standard or express shipping). Please note that some countries may have limited or no shipping methods (Due to COVID-19 or other worldwide shipping conditions).

Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries worldwide, excluding some countries which may have limited or no shipping methods (Due to COVID-19 or other worldwide shipping conditions).

How can I track my order?
An e-mail with a tracking link will be sent to you once your order has been shipped out.
Please allow 3-5 business days from the time your order is fulfilled as tracking numbers may take some time to be updated. If you have not received an e-mail after 5 business days, please contact us.
When will my order be shipped?
We process and ship orders within 1 business day of the order being placed. Orders placed Monday - Friday before 4pm (GMT+8) will be processed the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 4pm (GMT+8), Saturday, Sunday, holidays and/or company closures will not be fulfilled until the following business day.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my item for a refund?
All VECI products can be returned to us for a full refund within 30 days of being received. Items may only be returned back to us for a refund if they are in perfect resalable condition with all included accessories & contents.

Can I exchange my product for a different product?
To exchange your product for another item, you must first return your current item for a full refund and then place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
If you are in a hurry to receive the correct item, we suggest that you place a new order first while your return request is being processed.
